Purchasing Tickets
All tickets for The Castro may be purchased in advance online through apeconcerts.com or thecastro.com.
BOX OFFICE HOURS & INFORMATION
The Castro Box Office is located at 429 Castro St, San Francisco, CA 94114.
HOURS
We do not have regular box office hours at The Castro but we are open for sales 30 minutes prior to doors on all show nights. Please note that presale tickets are only available online.
If there are still tickets available to purchase on the day of the event, you may purchase them in person at the box office. Some shows sell very quickly and do not always have tickets available on the day of the show, so we suggest you buy tickets ahead of time.
The box office accepts:
Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard and digital methods of payment. Checks are NOT accepted.
Please remember to check your tickets before leaving the window as all sales are final — tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
CASHLESS
The Castro is a cashless venue! Credit cards, debit cards, and digital methods of payment are accepted at all points of sale.
ACCESSIBLE TICKETS
Accessible Seating is available for all shows at The Castro Theatre.
If you need Accessible Seating and did not purchase Accessible tickets via one of our official ticketing partners (Ticketmaster and TicketWeb), we will do our best to accommodate your needs when you arrive to the show. We recommend that you arrive as close to doors time as possible (as Accessible Seating is first come, first served) and ask for our ADA liaison at the entrance. They will be able to escort you to an accessible section in the venue.

WILL CALL
The Will Call window opens approximately 30 minutes prior to doors for each show. Be sure to bring photo ID, the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets, and your Ticketmaster order number as any or all of these may be required for ticket pick up.
REFUNDS
All tickets are purchased on a no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations basis and are only usable for the day, date and time selected at the time of purchase.
*Be wary of buying tickets from any third party website. The Castro has no way of validating, or replacing tickets that have been purchased through any website other than thecastro.com, apeconcerts.com, ticketmaster.com, or ticketweb.com. We cannot seat or refund you for an invalid ticket.
RESCHEDULED AND CANCELED SHOWS
If a show is canceled or rescheduled, you may return to the point of purchase to request a refund. If you purchased tickets in person at The Castro’s Box Office and would like to request a refund, please reach out to [email protected].
